Assessment and rehabilitation of cognitive impairment.
Assessment and management of emotional difficulties and personality changes.
Management of behavioural problems.
Provision and arrangement of complex care packages.
Support for family reintegration and relationship adjustment.
‘Real world context’ direct support to test care packages prior to discharge.
Home based rehabilitation and maintenance therapy programmes.
Community rehabilitation and outreach to provide direct support and facilitate transfer of skills required in therapy to the home/community environment.
Vocational and disability adjustment/return to work or education.
